« Ol’ Red » est une chanson écrite par James « Bo » Bohon, Don Goodman, et Mark Sherrill. La chanson a été initialement enregistrée par George Jones sur son album You Oughta Be Here with Me de 1990 et reprise par Kenny Rogers sur son album If Only My Heart Had a Voice de 1993. La version de Rogers est sortie en single en août 1993. Elle a ensuite été enregistrée par Blake Shelton, et sa version de la chanson est sortie en mars 2002 comme troisième et dernier single de son premier album éponyme. L’interprétation de Shelton a également atteint le Top 20 du classement américain Billboard Hot Country Songs, après avoir culminé à la 14e place. more «
